Arts to Hearts Project began in 2020 as a digital blog. At that time, it was not a company, nor even a structured initiative — it was a heartfelt attempt to give women artists a place to be seen, heard, and celebrated. The art world was vast but often narrow in what it chose to preserve. Women’s voices, though powerful, were at risk of being sidelined or forgotten. Arts to Hearts was born out of a desire to create space where these voices would not just exist, but thrive.

In its earliest form, the blog served as a journal — publishing reflections, interviews, and stories from women around the world. Slowly, a community gathered. Artists began to contribute their perspectives, readers began to return, and what started as one woman’s vision began to evolve into a collective mission.

By 2022, Arts to Hearts took its first bold step into publishing with the release of ATH Magazine, Issue 1, featuring cover artist Rithika Merchant. Choosing Rithika was not incidental; her work, rooted in mythology and feminine strength, perfectly embodied the values Arts to Hearts sought to represent. That first issue was a milestone. It signaled a transformation: from a digital platform to a publisher with print editions that would endure beyond fleeting digital screens.

The years that followed were marked by growth and experimentation. In 2023, Arts to Hearts published new issues of its magazine with artists such as Rebecca Brodskis, Rachel Burke, and Francisco & Nuria on the covers. That same year, we ventured into large-scale anthologies for the first time, releasing 100 Emerging Artworks 2023. The response was overwhelming. Hundreds of artists participated, and for many, this was their first opportunity to see their work bound into a book that would live on in private collections and libraries. This success established the foundation for what would soon become one of our flagship annual series.

2023 also marked the beginning of the Studio Visit series, which offered intimate access into artists’ workspaces and creative processes. These volumes revealed the reality of making art — the messy studios, unfinished canvases, and personal rituals behind the polished final works. Alongside this, we developed a line of journals and planners — from the Creativity Journal to the Selfcare Planner — as practical tools to support artists in their daily lives. By the end of 2023, Arts to Hearts had grown from a digital blog into a publishing house with a distinctive identity and purpose.

In 2024, the momentum continued. Arts to Hearts published more ambitious anthologies, including 100 Emerging Artists 2024 and 100 Emerging Artworks 2024, while also releasing further magazine issues with Millie Amber, Haejin Yoo, and Emerald Vysions on the covers. The Studio Visit series expanded with new volumes featuring Iryna Maksymova and Bouelle Tiffany, offering deeper international perspectives. We launched the 101 ArtBook series, beginning with themed editions such as Floral (with cover artist Sonal Nathwani) and Animal (with Amelia). These books explored art through focused motifs, curating works across continents into cohesive visual dialogues.

Our catalogue also grew with special editions like Lines and Curves (Karen Safer), The Creative Process, The Voice of Colors, Colors Book, and Art and Woman. With the launch of Women Artists on the Rise (EWAA Summer & Fall Editions), we continued to center women creators, ensuring their work was not just seen but formally preserved.

2025 has been our most defining year so far. We released three more ATH Magazines with artists like Alison Blickle and Frances Featherstone. The Studio Visit series reached Volumes 5 and 6, including a cover by Lisa Nooin, showcasing the lives and practices of more than 50 artists worldwide. The 101 ArtBook series expanded further with Abstract (Julia Valtanen), Nature (BJØRN RUNE LIE), and Portrait (Ana Sneeringer), each functioning like a curated exhibition in book form.

We also introduced the Artists to Watch series, spotlighting rising talent for galleries and collectors, and created special projects like The Big Book of Tiny Creatives, which celebrated children’s creativity, and The Power of She (with cover artist Monika Marchewka), dedicated to honoring women’s resilience. Major publications such as Art and Woman 2025, Time and Memory, and 100 Emerging Artists 2025 alongside the International Artist Award 2025 became significant milestones in our catalogue.

Today, Arts to Hearts Project is recognized as a phygital publishing platform — one that bridges the reach of digital with the permanence of print. In just five years, we have collaborated with more than 30,000 artists worldwide, and our books are not only collected by individuals and galleries but are also available globally through leading retailers such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Yet despite all this growth, Arts to Hearts remains what it was in 2020: a vision-driven project rooted in the belief that art, especially by women and emerging creators, deserves permanence. Our story is one of evolution, but also of consistency — always guided by the same purpose: to preserve creativity in forms that endure.
